Riggers are usually required to work in elevated environments and thus a successful Rigger should be able to work comfortably at heights.

Safety is the cornerstone of the rigging industry. A project is not successfully completed unless the safety of a rigger and his team are ensured. Riggers are required by legislation to adhere to Occupational health and safety standards as prescribed by the Government Gazette.
